It all started with one click on the Hoof GP and three days later Martha Dueck of Riverton was still there.
“I don’t know what it is but I can’t stop watching,” said Dueck. “Plus I’ve learned a whole new vocabulary. White line. Axial wall. Corium. I know it all.”
Martha began her journey into hoof trimming videos on Monday and her husband Dave began to get concerned when she wouldn’t come out of the washroom.
“She just asked me for her phone charger sometime on Friday,” said Dave. “She didn’t even need a bite to eat.”
Martha reportedly stayed up all night, supplementing her Hoof GP addiction with a few videos by Nate the Hoof Guy and even some videos by the top horse farriers on YouTube.
“But my preference is cow hoofs,” said Martha. “Don’t ask me why, but I haven’t slept in three days.”
Martha finally put down her phone this afternoon after her whole family was banging on the door trying to use the bathroom.
“It’s a little scary,” said Dave. “But at least it’s better than her pimple popping videos.”
Dave agreed not to press the matter any further so long as Martha doesn’t ask any questions about the videos he watches while on the can.
